Terpene Resin

Terpene Resin is made of alpha-Pinene and beta-pinene through catalyzing polymerization. A kind of pale yellow transparent solid. Non-toxic, odorless, anti-radiation, anti-aging, anti-acid and base, anti-crystallization, electrical isolation, good compatibility with all kinds of synthetics, easily solved in organic solvent like toluene, turpentine but not solved in water, formyl, ethanol.

Terpenic Oil

It appears pale yellow viscous liquid with mild earthy and woody odor. It has natural spice aromas that is usually used in essential oil recipes.

On the other hand, Terpinen-4-ol has strong effects of disinfection, sterilization and antisepsis, so it can also be used as natural disinfectant to treat illness and hurts.

Terpineol

Terpineol is naturally found in pine oil, lavender oil, orange leaf oil, neroli oil and other plant oils. α-terpineol, β-terpineol, γ-terpineol, and terpinen-4-ol are four isomers of terpineol. α-terpineol is the major component.

Terpineol is a viscous liquid with pine like and clove like odor, but is easy to crystallize.

There are two methods for preparing terpineol. The two-step preparation process is to use α-pinene as raw material to produce terpineol through hydration under acidic conditions. The one-step method is to directly prepare terpineol by hydration reaction.

Terpineol is widely used in fragrance formulation, especially in soaps and synthetic detergents.

Terpineol

Terpineol MU Grade, a synthetic compound of monoterpene alcohol, which is derived from the hydration of alpha-Pinene or Gum Turpentine. There are three isomers, alpha-Terpineol, beta-,Terpineol and gamma-Terpineol, the last two differing only by the location of the double bond. Tung Oil

Tung oil, also known as China Wood Oil, Lumbang oil, Noix d’abrasin (fr.) or simply wood oil, is made from the seed kernels of the Tung tree (Aleurites fordii and Aleurites montana, family Euphorbiaceae).

Tung oil was used as a preservative for wood ships. The oil penetrates the wood, then hardens to form an impermeable hydrophobic layer (repels water) up to 5 mm into the wood. As a preservative it is effective for exterior work above and below ground, but the thin layer makes it less useful in practice.

Turpentine

Turpentine (also called spirit of turpentine, oil of turpentine, and wood turpentine) is a fluid obtained by the distillation of resin obtained from live trees, mainly pines. It is composed of terpenes, mainly the monoterpenes alpha-pinene and beta-pinene with lesser amounts of carene, camphene, dipentene, and terpinolene. It is sometimes colloquially known as turps.

Water-White Hydrogenated Rosin

Water-White Hydrogenated Rosin is one of the dominant varieties of modified rosin with light color, high oxidation resistance and high thermal stability. It is soluble in ketones, esters, hydrocarbons, alcohols and chlorinated solvents and insoluble in water. Conjugated unsaturation of abietic resin acids can be removed through catalytic hydrogenation to overcome the shortcomings of oxidation and color degradation in rosin, is compatible in useful proportions with alkyds; natural and synthetic rubbers; natural resins, ethylcellulose; waxes; plastic polymers; elastomeric polymers; metallic pigments; and many other raw materials.

This series of products are refined from hydrogenated rosin or high-hydrogenated rosin that are eliminated foreign matter and the coloring radical. Used in solid or liquid solder flux, hot melt adhesive and for the raw material of light-colored rosin resin.
