Cedramber

Cedramber is colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with a woody and amber-like odor. It is prepared by methylation of cedrol. First, take cedrol as raw material, and then convert it into sodium alkoxide, finally through the methylation reaction to obtain cedramber.

Cedramber is widely used as a perfume, cosmetic, soaps, food (content less than 5%), solvent and medicine production.

Cedrene

The Cedrene is a natural compound which is extracted from Cunninghamia. Contents of alpha-Cedrene at 60% min.Has cedar woody and appeared light yellow transparent liquid.

This grade can be used in cosmetic and soap essence.

Cedrol

Cedrol is extracted from Cedar Oil, specially in the genera Cupressus (cypress) and Juniperus (juniper). In China, the contect of oil recovery nearly 5%. Manufacturers can adopt the means of Vacuum Distillation or Recrystallization to extract Cedrol, the content above 50%.

Cedrol is widely used as aroma in daily chemicals.

Cedryl Acetate

Cedryl acetate appears colorless to pale yellow liquid with the odor of cedarwood and vetivertone. The crystal and liquid product of cedryl acetate can be prepared by the acetylation of cedrol.

Cedryl acetate is extensively used in food flavoring and fragrance formulation of daily chemical products.

Cedryl Acetate also can be used in food approved by FDA but not more than 1m/kg.

Chewing Gum Base

Gum base is made of food-grade polymers, plasticizers, softeners, texturizers and emulsifiers among other ingredients, which impart their unique properties to chewing gum. It is an insoluble and non-nutritive, non-digestible, water-insoluble substance that enables a chewing gum to be chewed for hours without experiencing substantial changes.

Gum Base can be combined with acid or non-acid flavoring, sugar or sugar substitutes as well as vitamins or active ingredient in chewing gum, bubble gum and pharmaceutical products.

Cinnamaldehyde

Cinnamic aldehyde has Cis-isomer and trans-isomer. Cinnamic Aldehyde is industrially prepared by condensation of benzaldehyde and acetaldehyde in dilute alkali solution. It is widely used in flavor and fragrance formulation of daily chemical products and agriculture.

Cinnamic Aldehyde Natural

Cinnamic Aldehyde is naturally found in cinnamon oil, cassia oil, and patchouli oil. It appears pale yellow viscous liquid with cinnamon and a spicy odor. Cinnamic aldehyde has Cis-isomer and trans-isomer. Cinnamic Aldehyde is industrially prepared by condensation of benzaldehyde and acetaldehyde in dilute alkali solution. It is widely used in flavor and fragrance formulation of daily chemical products and agriculture.

Cinnamyl Acetate

Cinnamyl acetate is an acetate ester resulting from the formal condensation of cinnamyl alcohol with acetic acid. Found in cinnamon leaf oil. It has a role as a fragrance, a metabolite and an insecticide. It derives from a cinnamyl alcohol.

Cinnamyl acetate is a constituent of cassia oil as well.

Cinnamyl Alcohol

Cinnamyl Alcohol is an organic compound that is found in esterified form in storax, or cinnamon leaves. It forms a white crystalline solid when pure, or a yellow oil when even slightly impure.

It can be produced by the hydrolysis of storax.

Cinnamyl Alcohol is used in cosmetics as a fragrance or flavoring agent.

cis-3-Hexenol

cis-3-Hexen-1-ol is also called (Z)-3-hexen-1-ol and leaf alcohol. It is a colorless oily liquid with an intense grassy-green odor of freshly cut green grass and leaves. cis-3-Hexen-1-ol is produced in small amounts by most plants. cis-3-Hexen-1-ol is commonly used as raw material of flavor and frgrance.

Citral

Natural Citral is naturally found in lemon grass oil (70% to 80%) and litsea cubeba oil (about 70%). It appears liquid with strong lemon odor.

The natural citral is obtained by the vacuum distillation process of the lemon grass oil or litsea cubeba oil.

Natural Citral is mainly used in flavoring.

Citronella Oil

Citronella oil, member of a class of naturally occurring organic substances called terpenes, which is obtained from the leaves of the oil grasses Cymbopogon nardus and C.winterianus. As the wide range of uses, Citronella oil is mindly used for medicines to perfumes for soaps. Two derivatives of citronella oil include the alcohol citronellol and the aldehyde citronellal.

Citronella Terpene

Citronella Terpene is extracted from citronella oil. It appears colorless to pale yellow liquid with green odor. The content of alpha-pinene reaches 85-94%. It is widely used in household and industrial products.

Citronellal

Citronellal is a colorless to yellow liquid with aromas of lemon, citronella and rose. It has 3 kinds of optical rotators, D -, l-, and dl-. D-Citronella is abundant in essential oils and is the main component of citronella oil and eucalyptus oil. In industry, it can be extracted from natural plants by single separation method. It is mainly obtained from pinene in the production of pinane, 3, 7-dimethyl-octadiene, 1,6- and citronellal or be prepared by catalytic dehydrogenation of citronellol in the presence of lead chromium catalyst.

Citronellol

Citronellol, or dihydrogeraniol, is a natural acyclic monoterpenoid. Both enantiomers occur in nature. It is found in citronella oils, including Cymbopogon nardus (50%), is the more common isomer. (−)-Citronellol is found in the oils of rose (18–55%) and Pelargonium geraniums.

Citronellol can be prepared by hydrogenation of geraniol or nerol.

Citronellol has multiple applications in the industry.

Citronellyl Acetate

Citronellyl acetate is a monoterpenoid. It is the acetate ester of citronellol and naturally found in citriodora oil and Citronella oil.

Citronellyl acetate is industirally prepared by the esterification of Citronellol with Acetic Anhydride.

It is extensively used in perfumery and fragrance.

Citronellyl Formate

Citronellyl Formate is a light yellow transparent liquid with sweet rose, myrcia aroma and slightly with lemon, cucumber and other fresh green fragrance. It is found in geranium oil and is obtained by esterification of formic acid and citronol. It can also be extracted from citronella essential oil, Mexican cypress, bourbon rose and other natural materials. It’s widely used in a variety of flower fragrance daily flavor and apple, sweet orange, peach, plum and other edible flavors.

Citronellyl Nitrile

Citronellyl Nitrile is a clear colorless liquid with lemon and citrus odor. It is prepared by using citronellal as raw material to produce aldehyde oxime by oximation reaction, and then through heating dehydration in the presence of acetic anhydride. Citronellyl Nitrile is used extensively as a fragrance ingredient. Citronellyl Nitrile is the substitute of citronellal.

Coumarin

Coumarin is an aromatic organic chemical compound. It is naturally in many plants, notably in the tonka bean. It appears white crystal or crystaline powder with sweet odor.

Creosol

Creosol, also called Valspice, 4-methyl guaiacol, molecular formula C8H10O2, is colorless to pale yellow liquid with spice, woody, and sweet vanilla nuances, a smoky campfire-like character.

It is extracted from natural wood oil.

Creosol is mainly used in the flavor, medical and intermedium of organic synthesis

Crude Tall Oil

Crude Tall Oil (CTO) is a by-product of the kraft pulping process used by many paper mills. Tall oil soap is collected at the mills and then acidulated to make crude tall oil. It is a mixture of fatty acids, rosin and other neutral materials and forms water-in-oil emulsions and stabilizes mud systems at high bottom-hole temperatures. The CTO can then be further refined through the fractionation process to separate it into the components of tall oil fatty acid, tall oil rosin, distilled tall oil, pitch and heads. (GP-CTO)

D-Linalool

Natural linalool is a monoterpenoid that found in many plants, mainly in Brazilian rose and Chinese camphor.
It appears colorless transparent liquid with floral odor. Natural linalool is divided into (+) – linalool isomer and (-) – linalool isomer.

Linalool can be extracted from essential oils. And it can also be prepared by the hydrogenation of α-Pinene.

It is mainly used in fragrance formulation of daily chemical products.

Dehydroabietic Acid

Dehydroabietic acid, a colorless needle-like crystal, is an abietane diterpenoid resin acid derived from pine resin (Pinus). Its defining feature is a distinctive tricyclic diterpene structure.

Dehydroabietylamine (Leelamine)

Dehydroabietylamine (Leelamine) is a diterpene compound derived from gum rosin. Through a series of distillation processes, turpentine oil is removed from the residual liquid. The remaining liquid is then filtered at approximately 210°C, cooled, and crystallized to produce the final substance.

Dehydroabietylamine exhibits weak affinity for the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 and acts as an inhibitor of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase. Optically active leelamine is also used as a chiral resolving agent for carboxylic acids.

Delta-Decalactone

Delta Decalactone is naturally found in coconut and raspberry. It appears yellow transparent liquid with fruity and creamy odor.

Delta-Decalactone can be produced by the aldol reaction of cyclopentanone and valeraldehyde or the free radical addition reaction of Ditert-butyl peroxide and Cyclopentanone. It is commonly used as a flavoring and fragrance agent of daily chemical products and the main flavor compound in skim milk powder to create coconut-like flavor.
