p-Cymene is transparent liquid, found in essential oils, has a tang of terpenes with orange odor or carrot odor. It can be extracted from Dipentene on the reactions of dehydrogenation and disproportionation by Raney nickel or Pd/C as catalyst. Pentaerythrityl Rosinate

Pentaerythrityl Rosinate, also called Pentaerythritol rosin ester (PERE) is the product of esterification of rosin with pentaerythrite. It can soluble in tar, esters and turpentine oil, partially soluble in petroleum products. But insoluble in alcoholic solvents. The surface energy of PERE is quite low which is the factor in making it useful as a tackifier in some adhesives. PERE mainly used as a tackifier in hot melt adhesives, solvent borne adhesive, building and construction adhesives and etc.

The proportion of these vary in the different grades of tar, also according to tree species and the part of the tree used, type of carbonization oven ect.

Polymerized Ester Gum

Glycerin Ester of Polymerized Rosin (Polymerized Ester Gum) is a kind of light yellow transparent solid which is esterified with refined special grade polymerized rosin and food grade glycerin.

Used as basic material for gum base with the property of easily becoming bubble and resisting chewing. It can act as anti-oxidant and keeping soft and with good taste in bubble gum and chewing gum. It can be also used as emulsification stabilizer in soft drinks.

It has high dimmer contents, light color, high softening point and acid value, no rystallizing, low hot water dissolvable contents, good oil dissolvability and hardly changing the color of lead acetate. The high resistance to oxidation and does not crystallize from solutions or from solid compositions. It is compatible with many natural and synthetic film formers and rubbers. Being an acidic resin, it reacts readily with polyalcohols or hydrated lime to yield high melting derivatives.

Polyvinyl Acetate

Polyvinyl Acetate (PVAc), a synthetic resin prepared by the polymerization of vinyl acetate has good potential as an edible coating. It coatings had high gloss, even after immersion of coated surfaces in water. Reactive Alkyl Phenolic Resin

Reactive alkyl phenolic resin introduces additional reactive groups, allowing it to undergo more chemical reactions during use. Therefore, it has higher chemical reactivity and is used in high-performance adhesives, advanced coatings, specialty rubber, specialty inks, and electronic components.

Road Marking Resins

Hot melting is produced with gum rosin and other raw materials by our special formulation and proceeding, which is specially used for road-marking paints, specially used as the link of traffic marking painting.

Beside with light color and moderate softening point, the resin are also improved the composition of light stability agent, effective actualization for light screen, UV absorption, obtaining of free radical, decomposition of hydroxide extinguishments and the quenching of active oxide. Road-marking resins which have good resistance to crushing, abrasion and smudge, appropriate leveling and fast drying.

They also have good resistance to yellowing and ageing. It is suitable for all kinds of bitumen road surface and cement road surface.

Rose Oxide

Rose oxide is naturally found in Bulgaria rose oil and reunion geranium oil. It appears colorless to pale yellow liquid with floral and rose odor. Rose oxide is mixture of CIS and trans isomers, and there are right-handed and left-handed rotation types. The odor of CIS is sweet and delicate, while the odor of trans isomer is green. Rose oxide is prepared by the photosensitized oxidation of citronella. It is widely applied in the fragrance formulation of daily chemical products.

Rosin Modified Phenolic Resin

FR2402 Resin is 100% lipid solubility rosin modified phenolic resin. It is a curing agent for rubber such as butyl rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR), silico-butadiene rubber, especially applicable to sulfurizing butyl rubber.

It soluble in tar, ester, turpentine oil and similar solvents. Insoluble in alcoholic solvents, partially soluble in petroleum products, mix well with vegetable oils, high softening point, fast drying. Rosin Modified Phenolic Resin can be used for phenolic resin paints (through polymerization with vegetable oils under heat), texture printing inks, the low cost enhancer in bonding capability for pressure-sensitive adhesive, hot-melt adhesive and other bonding agents.

Seedlac

The seedlac was crushed and washed frequently to remove the bug bodies and a portion of the coloring matter. After drying the washed sticklac, we get the commercial variety of seedlac. It contains around 3~5% impurity.

Shellac Flakes

The shellac flake is a natural mixture composed of hydroxycarboxylic acid, sesquiterpene acid and low molecular fatty acid. It is prepared from natural shellac or seedlac by hot melting or dissolving impurities in solvents. Shellac flake contains shellac resin, shellac pigment, shellac wax, sugar and protein.

As a biological product, it has the properties of non-toxic and non-irritating odor. It can effectively inhibit formaldehyde pollution and be used as environmental protection coating in the field of home decoration. Owing to the characteristics of moisture-proof, anticorrosion, rust-proof, electrical insulation and thermoplastics, it is widely used in food, medicine, military industry, electrical, aerospace and other high-end fine industries.

Styrenated Terpene Resin

Styrenated Terpene Resin is made by carrying out cationic polymerization of a terpene compound and sytene compound under Friedel-Crafts catalyst, in processing of the hydrolysis, washing, filtering and distillation to be the linear polymer. It is easily solved in all kinds of elastomeric polymer like styrene-butadiene block copolymer, natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. Styrenated Terpene Resin is widely used in rubber, coating and adhesive industries, especially for hot melt adhesive.

Synthetic Camphor

Camphor, a white crystalline powder with a characteristic penetrating pungent and aromatic odor, is soluble in alcohol and found in camphor oil of camphor tree. Synthetic Camphor is extracted from Alpha-Pinene of Turpentine, then make a conversion Alpha-Pinene into Camphene, esterified to Bornyl acetate. Continue making saponification to Isoborneol, final oxidizing to Synthetic Camphor.

Synthetic Camphor is used in the manufacture of cellulose nitrate, polyvinyl chloride and plastics. It can also serve as medicine, antiseptic, insecticide, etc. It can be used as an ingredient in smokeless powder, as a stabilizer and a moderator to improve ballistic properties.
