The natural citral is obtained by the vacuum distillation process of the lemon grass oil or litsea cubeba oil.

  • used for ginger, lemon, lime, sweet orange, round pomelo, apple, cherry, grape, strawberry and spicy flavors.
  • wine flavors can also be used.
