Adhesives are extensively applied in nursing and medical tape products, including soft-skin adhesives, medical adhesive tapes, patches, elastic bandages for beauty care, and similar items. The adhesive properties of acrylic can be improved with the addition of Rosin derivatives, rosin esters, and polyterpene resins as tackifiers.
