芳樟醇
天然芳樟醇是种萜烯醇物质,微溶于水、易溶于有机溶剂,易挥发。多存在于各类植物中,以巴西玫瑰木(Bois-de-rose)、中国芳樟型樟树(小叶芳樟)、芫荽、芦荟、薰衣草等植物为典型代表,其芳樟醇物质含量较高。天然芳樟醇又为(+)-芳樟醇异构体和(-)-芳樟醇异构体,是主要的花香型香精香料调香物质,亦是维生素E合成的重要中间体。
