丁香酚
丁香酚天然存在于香油、丁香罗勒油以及肉桂油等精油中。呈清澈或淡黄色液体,伴有浓烈的丁香香气和辛香。丁香酚是种重要的香水原料成分。
目前合成丁香酚大多采用富含丁香酚的精油通过碱处理单离制得。在欧美,多以愈创木酚为原料,采用烯丙基氯、烯丙醇等直接将愈创木酚烯丙基化制得。
