妥尔油脂肪酸是种低成本的不饱和脂肪酸(油酸),是油酸、亚油酸及其异构体的混合物。不溶于水,溶于乙醚、乙醇;可与碱反应,也可以发生醇化、氨(胺)化反应。其低沸点特性被主要应用于合成润滑油生产领域。
