异长叶烯酮,呈白色或淡绿色结晶或粉末,伴有木香和琥珀香。略有樟脑香气。由异长叶烯在反应釜内与氧气充分氧化,之后再进行过滤、蒸馏、结晶等工序合成异长叶烯酮。也可用乙酸钴做催化剂,再依次进行过滤、蒸馏、结晶、抽滤制得。
