氢化松香甘油酯(食品级)
食品级氢化松香甘油酯由松香在高温高压下氢化,使松香中的共轭双键经部分或全部氢化成氢化,(木)松香与食用级甘油酯化后,经蒸汽汽提法精制而成。可溶于植物油、橘油、精油及芳香化合物、烃、萜烯、酯和酮等有机溶剂,不溶于水和低分子醇。氢化(或部分氢化)的松香甘油酯,不但克服了未氢化的松香甘油酯的苦味,并能降低吸氧量而使之具有很好的抗氧化稳定性,从而延长成品的保质期。 我司供应的食品级氢化松香甘油酯适用于改善口香糖咀嚼口感和软性饮料的乳化稳定剂。用其制成的胶姆糖,长期存放(二年内)口感不变,并仍能保持柔和细腻,而由松香甘油酯制成的胶姆糖,经3~4个月后口感发苦变硬。
