脱氢松香胺(Leelamine)
脱氢松香胺是一种二萜化合物,是松香的衍生物。经过一系列蒸馏过程,松节油的残余液体被蒸出。然后在210℃左右过滤残液,冷却结晶得到成品。
脱氢松香胺对大麻素受体CB1和CB2的亲和力较弱,并且是丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶(pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase)的抑制剂。其光学异构体也可用作羧酸的手性拆分剂。
