α-水芹烯
α-水芹烯是水芹烯的异构体，天然存在于桉叶油、月桂油、小茴香油、榄香油等植物油中。呈无色至微黄色油状液体，伴有柑橘和胡椒辛香。可用作食用香料，配制柑橘类、香辛料类人造精油或直接用于生物活性杀虫剂。
α-水芹烯在常压下蒸馏易分解，久置于空气中旋光度也会明显降低。故需要密封保存。
