歧化松香

歧化松香(DPR)是松香在一定温度下经过脱氢枞酸和脱氢乙酸催化反应而得的歧化物。在合成橡胶领域,歧化松香常被用作乳化剂,应用于丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶和丁腈苯橡胶的制造。当使用歧化松香作为乳化剂时,可大幅提高橡胶强度,其耐热性能提高25%。对磨损及撕裂的耐久性也较之普通的丁苯橡胶更为优异。如果进一步和天然橡胶混合,其橡胶强度又将进一步得到强化。歧化松香还能作为钾皂的重要成分。作为钾皂的乳化剂时可改善并强化合成橡胶的质量。除了应用于合成橡胶领域外,还可作为原料用于制造胶黏剂、水基压敏胶、涂料以及口香糖。
