丁位癸内酯，呈无色或淡黄色澄清粘稠状液体，伴有奶油香味、椰子奶香、桃子果香。不溶于水，并与水产生水解反应。可溶于酒精、植物油和丙烯乙二醇。常用作食用香精、日用化学品配方和其他工业品加香。
