二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯
二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯，类茉莉酮类化合物，呈无色或浅黄色透明液体。具有化学性能稳定，不变色的优点。常用于调制茉莉、铃兰、完香玉和东方香型配方中是现代香料工业中十分重要的一种香料，由Demole和Lederer在 1960 年代开发，由芬美意生产（德国专利：1150483, Helv. chim. acta, 1962, 45’2′, 685）。
其天然规格可从具有花香、茉莉花、柑橘清新的天然油中提取的。
工业上二氢茉莉酸甲酯由2-戊基环戊-2-烯-1-酮与丙二酸二乙酯在催化剂存在下缩合，然后在160-180℃下水解、脱羧、酯化反应制得。
它是现代香水工业中非常重要的香料，常用于制备东方型香水。
